What's the best loot system for a BDO node war guild?
DKP is the standard. Members earn points for attending wars and spend them on gear drops. Set premium items at roughly 80% of average member balance so they require real choice. Add minimum attendance to bid (50% of last 4 weeks) and 5% weekly decay so hoarders lose value. Need/greed works for cheap drops but breaks down past 30 members.
How do I track gear scores for 100+ BDO members without spreadsheets?
Gear OCR. Members upload a screenshot of their gear panel and the system extracts AP, AAP, DP, Accuracy, Evasion, DR automatically. What are the BDO siege roles and what does each one do?
Six core roles: mainball (DPS core, follows the shotcaller), flex (mobile DPS, opportunistic), cannon team (operates fort cannons), elephant rider (mobile damage and presence), shai (buffs and survivability for the ball), defense (holds your fort, picks off enemy pushes). Each has a different gear floor and class fit. Mainball needs the highest AP; defense needs the highest DP; cannon team needs discipline more than gear.
How do I scout enemy BDO guilds before a node war?
30-minute routine 24-48 hours before war: pull enemy roster (size, recent gear changes), count classes (especially high-impact AOE), check recent war results, note key player additions or losses. Output is a one-paragraph officer note. Roster sync tools that poll BDO's official site every 10 minutes automate the data collection.
What's the gear floor for BDO node wars in 2026?
Depends on bracket. T1 caps gear at the bracket cap (around 269 AP / 309 DP). Capped wars vary by season, check current cap. Uncapped wars run 290+ AP and 350+ DP at minimum to participate, 320+/380+ to actually compete. Mainball needs higher than the floor; cannon team can run lower.
How do I run a fair node war attendance system?
Voice channel snapshot at war start (whoever is in voice is counted). Mid-war snapshot for late joiners. Public attendance posted within 24h. Members see who showed vs who signed up. Tied to DKP or attendance gates so showing up matters. Manual roll calls are how you lose officers.
How do I recruit BDO members who actually show up?
Build a real funnel: public recruitment post with concrete details (timezone, schedule, gear floor, comp gaps), Discord-based application, 2-4 week trial where both sides evaluate, mutual conversion conversation at week 3. Recruit primarily from current members' networks, secondarily from BDO class Discords, then subreddits. Avoid in-game LFG channels for anything but cannon team fillers.
Does CoGM have BDO marketplace tracking?

What is mainball in BDO?
Mainball is the DPS core of a node war or siege team. Mainball stacks together, follows the shotcaller, dives the enemy ball, and generates the bulk of your kills. Classes that fit mainball: high-impact AOE like sorc, witch, awakened striker, drakania, scholar. Mainball needs the highest gear floor of any role.
How does CoGM's AI fight analysis work?
Upload a war log or combat data. AI parses player performance, calls out the play of the game, scores role performance, identifies tactical patterns. Officers get an actionable post-war report instead of guessing why a war went sideways. This is in CoGM Pro.
What's the difference between T1, capped, and uncapped node wars?
T1 is the entry bracket with strict gear caps (around 269 AP / 309 DP). Capped wars use a higher gear ceiling that varies by season. Uncapped wars have no cap, so guilds with whaled-out members dominate. T1 is the most level playing field; uncapped is where top guilds settle who's actually best.
How do I set up Discord for a BDO guild?
Minimum channel structure: announcements, general, war-signups, war-day, recruitment, officer-only. Add roles for member tier (trial, member, officer, GM), role tags for siege roles (mainball, flex, cannon, etc.), and class tags for comp planning. Connect a guild management bot like CoGM for signups, attendance, gear tracking, and DKP.

How does CoGM handle the BDO family-name region issue?
BDO family names are unique per region (NA, EU, SA), not globally. CoGM stores characters with region scoping so a 'Kira' in NA and a 'Kira' in EU are tracked as different players. Roster sync respects region. /whois lookups are region-scoped. This was a real bug we fixed before launch.
Can CoGM track guild league matches?
