Members and packs

What counts as a member with uploads?

Someone who put their own character data in and is still in the guild: a gear or stat screenshot, the web gear upload or manual gear entry, WoW addon data, the Forever character claim, Blizzard sync or SimC. Signing in, signing up in Discord, being in a CoGM Logger war file, Gargul loot imports and an officer setting your class never count. Archived and kicked members don't count either.

What happens when a guild reaches 300?

Everyone who already uploaded keeps updating, and signing in and Discord signups keep working. Until a member pack is added, anyone whose first upload would take a slot goes on the waitlist instead and gets in by themselves, first come, first served, when there's room. Officers see a warning at 90%, and the owner gets a Discord DM.

How do member packs work?

Anyone with Manage billing (the owner by default) adds them on the Billing page. Each pack adds room for 200 members with uploads to that guild right away, for $5/month on its Pro plan, billed on the same date. A guild can have up to 10 packs, so up to 2,300 members with uploads. Nothing is charged the day you add one: the days left in the current period go on the next Pro invoice. Remove one any time and it ends at the close of the billing period, with no refund for days already paid.

Does the 14-day Pro trial have a limit?

Yes. A trial guild gets the Pro limit of 300 members with uploads. Packs need Pro, so upgrade first if you need more.

Is the limit per guild or per community?

Per guild. Each Pro guild has its own 300 and its own packs, so one big guild never uses up another guild's room.

What happens when the trial ends?

The guild goes back to Free. Nothing is charged, because we never asked for a card. Your data stays.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time in Billing. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.

Do I pay for every guild?

No. Each guild has its own plan, so you can put one guild on Pro.
