What is CoGM?
CoGM is your guild's co-GM. It connects your Discord servers to a web dashboard where officers can manage rosters, track gear, analyze PvP performance, run events, and handle recruitment. The Discord bot is the primary data input mechanism. Members upload screenshots, and CoGM extracts the data automatically via OCR.
Core concepts
- Community: the top-level organization on CoGM. One community can link multiple Discord servers and manage multiple game-based guilds under it. Think of it as your gaming group or alliance.
- Guild: a game-specific roster under your community. One community can have multiple guilds, each tied to a different game or in-game guild name. For example, your BDO guild "Corrupt" and your T&L guild "Vanguard" can both live under the same community.
- Members: Discord users linked to your community. Members can belong to multiple guilds and have per-guild roles, gear scores, and attendance records.
- Events: scheduled activities like node wars, sieges, raids, or guild league nights. Events have sign-ups with role slots, attendance tracking, and optional PvP log uploads.
- Tiers: Free includes gear tracking, PvP analytics, events, and core features for up to 30 members. Pro ($10/mo) adds unlimited members, guild league, DKP, economy tools, alliance management, and applications.
Supported games
BDO features (gear OCR, PvP log parsing, economy tracker, outfit tracking) require Black Desert Online. All other features work across supported games.
