Members post groups for outdoor camps by level band, the dungeons from Tomb of the Last Wyrmsbane to Fallen Watch, and named targets. Discord-first.
Party Builder
ProDrag members into groups of six with a tank, a healer, a support, two melee DPS and one ranged DPS, or change the seats per event.
Class Composition
See how many of each of the 18 classes your members play, and how many tanks, healers, supports and DPS you can seat.
DKP System
ProMembers earn DKP for showing up to events and finishing quests. Officers adjust balances by hand, run decay, and record item wins, which take the price from the winner's DKP. The item field suggests names from the game's item list as you type. In Discord, /dkp shows balances, standings and history, and officers can adjust one member or award everyone in a voice channel. Loot auctions in Discord let members bid DKP on drops.
Points Decay
ProManual or automatic (every day, weekly, every 2 weeks or monthly): a percentage off every balance above a floor. Each cut shows in the DKP ledger.
Loot Auctions
ProMembers bid DKP on loot drops in Discord, in open or sealed auctions.
Gear Tracking
Each character's level, health, mana, armor class, stats and resists, from its last screenshot, on the roster and the member's profile. There is no gear score in this game.
Gear OCR Upload
Members run /upload in Discord with a screenshot of the character window (Inventory tab). CoGM reads the level, race, class, faith, health, mana, armor class, stats and resists into their character.
Guild Treasury
ProRecord the platinum, gold, silver and copper coming in and going out of each banker. The Treasury converts the coins for you: 100 copper is a silver, 100 silver a gold, 100 gold a platinum.
Guild Storage
ProKeep count of what each banker holds, price items in coin, DKP or free, and let members request them. An officer approves, hands the items over in game and marks them sent. Item names and icons come from MNM Realm.
