The best guild management software for serious MMO guilds
Updated
Most guild management tools are either generic SaaS that covers many games shallowly or a Discord bot that does one thing well. CoGM is built around four games: Black Desert, Aion 2, WoW Forever and Monsters & Memories. It reads gear from screenshots in all four, takes signups by role in Discord, and records Black Desert war scores with the free CoGM Logger. It ships every week and stays free for guilds up to 30 members.

Why CoGM wins
Game-aware, not game-agnostic
We focus on Black Desert, Aion 2, WoW Forever and Monsters & Memories, run Throne and Liberty guilds on our sister site throney.gg, and ship game-specific features (gear OCR, siege role tracking, AI fight analysis) you cannot get anywhere else.
$10 per guild, not per seat
We charge $10 a month per guild on Pro for up to 300 members, then $5/mo per 200 more. Free covers up to 30.
Free tier that is actually useful
Most free tiers exist to push you to paid. Ours runs up to 30 members per guild with full roster, gear tracking, PvP analytics, and Discord bot. Pro raises that to 300 members and adds DKP, auctions, and a few more.
Ships every week, listens in Discord
Solo dev who runs a BDO guild. Feedback in our Discord becomes a feature in days. Older tools ship quarterly when they ship at all.
One subscription replaces 5+ bots
Stop running a separate bot for events, DKP, attendance, gear tracking, and recruitment. CoGM consolidates everything into one Discord bot and one web dashboard with one set of permissions.
