DKP
Guild points that members earn by showing up and spend on loot. Every change lands in one ledger, so anyone can see where their points came from and where they went.
Who can use it
- Games: WoW Forever and Monsters & Memories. Black Desert Online and Aion 2 guilds do not have DKP; Black Desert Online guilds use Payouts instead.
- Plan: Pro. On Free the guild keeps its balances, ledger and settings, and everyone can still read them. Nothing new is paid or taken until the guild is on Pro again, and automatic decay pauses.
- Permissions: every member sees the leaderboard and history. Adjust DKP lets an officer add or take points. Manage DKP covers decay, voice rewards and item wins.
How members earn DKP
- Attendance on an event that has a DKP reward. Points are paid when attendance is marked.
- Finishing a quest that pays DKP.
- Voice activity rewards, when the guild turns them on (below).

Members spend DKP on loot. Officers record a win with Record Item Win on the Actions tab: pick the winner, the item and the price, and the ledger shows "Item won" with the item's name. On Monsters & Memories the item field suggests names from the game's item list as you type. On WoW Forever it searches the game's item catalog, and any name you type still works. Live bidding is covered on Loot & Auctions, and items priced in DKP on Guild Bank.
Leaderboard and history
The Leaderboard tab ranks every member by balance. You can sort by DKP, by what they gained in the last 30 days, or by name. History is the full ledger: filter by member, type and date, and read the breakdown wheel that shows where DKP was spent or earned. A bulk adjust shows as one row.
Press a member on the leaderboard to open their own ledger: their balance and rank, totals for what they earned, spent, lost to decay and had adjusted, and every change to their DKP. Items won lists the items they bought with DKP and what each one cost.
Officers with Manage DKP or Adjust DKP can download the filtered ledger as CSV, up to 10,000 rows. The export stays available on Free.

One member
On the Actions tab, use Manual Adjust: pick the member, enter a positive or negative amount and a reason. The reason shows in the ledger.
Many members at once
Use Bulk adjust to add or take DKP from up to 500 members in one go, with one reason. Either every change applies or none does.
DKP held in open bids
Decay
Decay cuts every balance by a percentage, down to a floor you set. Nobody goes below the floor, and a balance at 0 or in debt is never touched. Each cut is rounded up to the guild's precision: whole points when every balance is a whole number, otherwise hundredths. Every cut shows in the ledger as a decay entry.
- Run a decay by hand from the Actions tab. You see who loses what, then hold the button to apply it.
- Or turn on Automatic decay: every day, weekly, every 2 weeks or monthly, at an hour in the guild's time zone. Weekly, every 2 weeks and monthly also pick the day. The settings show how much a percentage adds up to over a week, because a daily cut adds up fast.
- Each period decays once, even if a run is retried. If runs were missed, the current period applies once when we catch up.
- Archived members are included by default, so leaving and rejoining does not skip a decay. If your leave policy says decay skips members on leave, they are left out while their leave is active.
- You can post a summary of each decay to a Discord channel.
- The latest decay can be undone for 7 days. Everyone gets back exactly what it took, and both the decay and the undo stay in the ledger.
Voice activity rewards
A daily reward for time in voice, no event needed. It is off until an officer with Manage DKP turns it on in the Actions tab. Pick which voice channels or whole categories count, how many hours a member needs in a day, and how much DKP that pays. You can add a bonus goal on top, for example 4 hours for extra DKP.
- The bot checks voice every few minutes, so a restart costs members a few minutes at most.
- The server's AFK channel never counts. By default, time deafened or alone in a channel does not count; both are switches. Time during a guild event counts unless you turn that off.
- Days reset at midnight in the guild's time zone. Each goal pays once per member per day and shows in the ledger as a bonus, like "Voice activity: 2h 10m on Sep 30".
- Only members on the guild roster earn it. You can announce each reward by DM, in a channel, or not at all.
- Members see today's progress at the top of the DKP page and with
/dkp balance.
DKP in Discord
/dkp balanceshows your balance in each guild and today's voice reward progress. Officers can check another member's balance and open bids./dkp standingslists the top balances (3 to 25) and your own rank. Tied balances share a rank./dkp historyshows the latest changes for you or another member, with a link to the full ledger./dkp adjustadds or takes DKP from one member, with a reason. Needs Adjust DKP./dkp awardgives the same DKP to everyone in a voice channel who is on the guild's roster, including members added from Discord who have not signed in yet. You see who is paid and who is not before you confirm, and the award is posted in the channel. It needs the Adjust DKP permission, like/dkp adjust.
Balances, standings and history work on Free. Adjust and award need Pro, like every other DKP change. See /dkp for every option.
