Search

Opening it

Click the search bar at the top of the sidebar, or press Ctrl K (Cmd K on a Mac) from anywhere in the dashboard. On a phone, tap the search button in the top bar.

What it finds

• Pages and settings you can open in each of your guilds and communities.
• Your guilds and communities, to switch between them.
• Community members, by display name, account name or Discord name.
• Characters. Officers who can view gear see the whole roster; everyone else finds their own characters.
• Events, upcoming and past, the same ones the events page lists.
• Open LFG groups, in guilds where Looking for Group is available.
• These docs, bot commands and the FAQ.

Search only shows what you could already open yourself. Someone who left a guild, or a page your role cannot see, never shows up.

Narrowing

• Start with @ to search people, # for events and LFG groups, or > for actions.
• Type a guild name with your search, like "roster driftwood", to look inside that guild.
• Press Tab on a guild to search only that guild. Backspace on an empty search widens it again.
• Type ? on its own to see these shortcuts in the panel.

Privacy

Recent results are kept in your browser only. We record how many searches found something, never what you typed.
