Party Builder

Put an event's signups into parties by dragging them. Members see their party on the event, and the bot can tell them where they are.

The party builder with signed up members placed into parties
The party builder for one event.

Who can use it

  • Black Desert Online, Aion 2, WoW Forever and Monsters & Memories.
  • Pro, in every game. On Free, parties you already built stay readable on the event page, and signups keep working.
  • Officers with Manage Party Builder build the parties. The Guild Leader role has it.

Build parties

1

Turn it on for the event

On the event form, turn on Enable Party Builder.
2

Open the builder

On the event page, open the parties view. The signups sit on one side, grouped by status: Attending, Arriving late, Tentative, Bench and Absent.
3

Make parties

Press New Party (New Raid on WoW Forever, New Group on Monsters & Memories), name it, and drag members in. Set a party leader. Drag someone out to unassign them. On Black Desert Online, Aion 2 and WoW Forever you can also press Import Loadout to fill parties from a saved loadout.Fill platoons on Black Desert Online (Fill parties on Aion 2, Fill raids on WoW Forever, Fill groups on Monsters & Memories) seats every attending member who is not in a party yet, and can create the parties it needs first. Nobody already in a party moves.
4

Save

Save your changes. Members see their party on the event page.

Tools on the same screen

  • Ping participants: ping assigned members who are not in any tracked voice channel. This needs voice tracking channels on the event.
  • Slot pings: when you save, the bot tells newly placed members in Discord, batched into one message about five minutes after your last save. Officers with Manage Guild Settings can silence them for the guild.
  • Send yes-up reminder (Black Desert Online): tells the platoon to yes up in game on a node war channel you pick.
  • Show names as: server nicknames or Discord usernames.

Monsters & Memories groups

M&M parties are groups of six: a tank, a healer, a support, two melee DPS and one ranged DPS by default. You can change the seats per event.
