Attendance
Who signed up and who showed up, per member and per event. Present means evidence, not a signup.

Who can use it
- Every game: Black Desert Online, Aion 2, WoW Forever and Monsters & Memories. Free on every plan.
- Every member sees their own record. The full sheet needs Manage Guild Activities.
- Turn on Enable Attendance Tracking on an event, and pick its voice channels, for voice to count.
How presence gets recorded
- Voice: events with voice tracking set up (switched on, with channels) start tracking when the event starts. Members who stay in the channels long enough are marked present.
- War logs (Black Desert Online): every uploaded node war, siege or GvG log counts, scheduled or not. Everyone in the log is present, matched by family name to a character or a claimed family name. Members not in it are missed.
- One night counts once: events with evidence and /attendance sessions within 30 minutes of each other (15 outside Black Desert Online) are one event. On Black Desert Online a war log belongs to its date and counts at 9 PM that evening: 9 PM Eastern for NA guilds, 9 PM in the guild's own time zone elsewhere. It joins that day's war event or that evening's session, and logs of the same kind on the same day are one night. Present in any of them is present.
- Officer marks: a manual or bonus mark, an access code for late check-in, or Import from Signups on the event page, which confirms the attending list as present.
- An officer in voice can also run /attendance against an activity template.

Pressing Start Event copies the attending signups onto the event, but that copy is not evidence. It reads as signed, unconfirmed until voice, a war log or an officer confirms it.
How attendance is counted
Each member gets one result per event. Only events of this guild count, once they have ended, and only from the day the member joined. Events with attendance tracking switched off never count.
- Present: the war log, voice, an officer mark or an access code puts them there. Evidence beats everything else, including leave and bench.
- No-show: signed attending, and the evidence says absent.
- Missed: no signup (or tentative), and the evidence says absent.
- Signed, unconfirmed: signed attending, but the event has no evidence recorded. Not counted either way.
- Excused: approved leave or signed absent. Not counted.
- Bench: over cap, voluntary or rotated out. Not counted.
The rate is present out of eligible, where eligible is present plus no-show plus missed. The target is 75%. With fewer than 4 eligible events the rate is shown but not graded. The guild average (the legion average on Aion 2) needs at least 5 members with 4 or more eligible events.
Where to see it
- Every member sees their own Attendance section on their profile: the rate, what they missed, a weekly chart and every event.
- Officers with Manage guild activities see the attendance sheet on the guild Attendance page: every member against every event of the last 8 weeks, with search, filters, a By day view and CSV export.
- Everyone can browse the event history under the sheet.

Absences
Members file leave with /absence request or the Request Leave panel. See Absences. While the dates cover them, event pings skip them and their events read as excused. A leave filed for one guild only excuses that guild's events.
