/character, /edit, /delete-character
Fix a character by hand when a screenshot cannot. Members edit their own Monsters & Memories characters. Officers correct stats and remove characters.
All three commands are free on every plan. An officer here is the community owner or an admin, anyone with the guild's officer role in Discord, or anyone whose guild role has Manage Gear or Manage Guild Members.
/character edit
Monsters & Memories only. Change your character's name, race, class, level, server or faith, or make it your main. Officers can edit another member's character with target. Fill in only the fields you want to change.
/character edit [character] [name] [race] [class] [level] [server] [faith] [main] [target] [guild]| Option | Required | What it takes |
|---|---|---|
character | No | Which character, when there is more than one. The list fills in as you type. |
name | No | The new name, up to 32 characters. |
race | No | Deep Elf, Deep Gnome, Dwarf, Gnome, Goblin, Halfling, Human, Ogre or Wood Elf. |
class | No | The new class, from the list. The role follows the class. |
level | No | A level from 1 to 60. |
server | No | Estaire, Trem, Tilustra, Kravvin, Nunavoth or Vespyra. |
faith | No | Your faith, from the list: Agnostic or one of the 17 gods. |
main | No | True makes this character your main in its guild. A linked alt can't be the main: the bot says so and changes nothing. |
target | No | Officers only: whose character to edit. |
guild | No | Which guild's character, when the member has characters in more than one. |
A later /upload keeps what you set here: it never changes the name or class and never lowers the level.
/edit
Officers only, for Black Desert Online, Aion 2 and WoW Forever. Correct one field on a member's character. The bot shows the updated card when it is done.
/edit target:<member> field:<field> value:<new value> [guild]| Option | Required | What it takes |
|---|---|---|
target | Yes | The member whose character to fix. |
field | Yes | The field to fix. The list follows the games this server runs (see below), and names each field's game when the server runs more than one. Past 25 fields it becomes a search box: type part of the field's name. |
value | Yes | The new value. For Class and Sub-guild the list fills in as you type. |
guild | No | The guild, when the member is in more than one. It decides which guild's officers may make the change. |
- Black Desert Online takes Family Name, Class, Sub-guild, Tag (Succession/Awakening/Talent), Spec (Awakening/Succession), AP, AAP, TP, DP, Accuracy, Evasion and DR.
- Aion 2 takes Name, Class, Level, Item Level, Combat Power, Title, every stat on Stat Info (Might through Move Speed) and the outer ring values. The role follows the class. If the member has more than one Aion 2 character, the bot asks which one.
- WoW Forever takes Name, Class, Level, Role, Race, Faction, Spec, Ruleset, Item Level and every stat on the character panel, down to the resistances. A class change keeps the role when the new class can fill it. If the member has more than one WoW Forever character, the bot asks which one.
- Changing a Sub-guild moves a member, so it also needs the Manage Guild Members permission.
/delete-character
Officers only, for Black Desert Online, Aion 2, WoW Forever and Monsters & Memories. Removes a member's uploaded character from the roster. Use it when a name was registered by mistake, so the right player can upload it.
/delete-character target:<member> [character] [guild]| Option | Required | What it takes |
|---|---|---|
target | Yes | The member whose character to remove. |
character | No | Which character, when they have more than one. |
guild | No | The guild, when the member is in more than one. |
Deleting a main that has linked alts never leaves the alts behind. The bot lists the alts and their guilds and asks: Delete all deletes the main and every alt, and Keep keeps them all. Nothing is deleted until you pick. You need to be an officer in every guild that holds one of the alts. A guild row left with no characters after its last alt is deleted is archived.
