/alliance Command

Manage your alliance by viewing member guilds and checking which Discord members haven't registered on CoGM yet.

What it does

The /alliance command has two subcommands:

  1. 1./alliance info - Shows all guilds in your alliance with member counts and average gear score
  2. 2./alliance check - Lists Discord server members who aren't registered on CoGM yet

Command syntax

/alliance info | check

/alliance info

Displays information about all guilds in your alliance.

What's displayed

Guild name

Full guild name

Member count

Total registered members

Average GS

Average Gear Score across members

Registered members

Count of members with uploaded gear

Usage

/alliance info

/alliance check

Shows Discord server members who aren't registered on CoGM. Useful for tracking down guild members who haven't uploaded gear yet.

What's displayed

A list of Discord users in your server who haven't registered on CoGM. This includes:

Discord username

User's Discord handle

Registration status

Not registered on CoGM

Join date

When they joined the Discord

Usage

/alliance check
Run /alliance check weekly to catch new members who haven't uploaded gear yet. Then reach out to them to get their gear profiles registered.

Who can use this

Officers and leaders can run both /alliance info and /alliance check. Members see their own guild only.

Troubleshooting

"Alliance not found"

Your guild must be part of an alliance in CoGM. Check with your guild leader to confirm the alliance is registered.

"No guilds in alliance"

The alliance exists but has no member guilds yet. Add guilds to the alliance in the web dashboard.

"No unregistered members"

All your Discord members have registered on CoGM and uploaded gear.

Permission denied

Only officers and leaders can use /alliance. Ask an officer to run the command.
