A community can hold up to 10 guilds on any plan. Each guild has its own plan, so a community can run one Pro guild next to Free ones.

Pro also turns on extra Discord features for your server, such as music, war rooms, tournaments, reaction roles and auto moderation. See Discord features.

Member limit and waitlist

On Free, a guild holds 30 members with uploads. Pro and a trial hold 300.

Who counts: a member who put their own character data in and is still in the guild: a gear or stat screenshot, the web gear upload or manual gear entry, WoW addon data, the Forever character claim, Blizzard sync or SimC. Signing in, signing up in Discord, being in a CoGM Logger war file, Gargul loot imports and an officer setting a class never count, and neither do archived or kicked members. One player is one member, however many alts they bring.
When the guild is full: only a first upload waits. Signing in and Discord signups keep working, and so does everyone who already uploaded. The reply that turns someone away gives them their place on the waitlist. When a slot opens, the first person in line gets it and a DM. If they still need to upload or apply again, the slot is held for 3 days. A place in line runs out after 30 days, with a DM.
Member packs: a Pro guild on its own subscription can add 200 slots for $5 a month, up to 10 packs, in Settings > Billing. A trial gets the 300 and no packs. A Pro guild billed together with other guilds has no member limit.

To make room on Free, upgrade the guild or archive someone. If a guild drops back to Free with more members than the limit, everyone already on it can still update their own characters.

Upload limits

On Free, each guild gets 30 uploads and 40 screenshot reads in any 7 days. The window rolls: an upload frees up again 7 days after it was made. Pro and trial guilds have no limit.

Start a trial

The community's Billing page listing each guild with its game, its Pro badge, the next billing date and a Manage button. — Settings > Billing lists every guild with its own plan.

Open Billing

In your community, open Settings > Billing. You need the Manage Billing permission. The community owner has it.

Pick the guild

Press Start 14-day Pro trial next to it. No card is needed. Each guild can have one trial.

Automatic trials

A new WoW Forever or Monsters & Memories guild gets a Pro trial that starts with its first /upload, once per game in each community. A WoW Forever guild created before the game's November 4 launch keeps its trial through November 11.

When a trial ends, the guild goes back to Free. Your data stays.

Upgrade, change or cancel

Upgrade: press Upgrade $10/mo next to a Free or trial guild and pay by card.
Change your card or cancel: press Manage next to a Pro guild. A cancelled guild keeps Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Billing shows the date.
A failed payment shows on the guild in Billing. Update your card to keep Pro on it.

Nothing is deleted when a guild goes back to Free. Pro features lock until you upgrade again, and what you made with them stays readable where the app allows it, such as the DKP ledger.
