Yes, CoGM has a free tier with core features forever. Free includes up to 30 members, 1 guild, gear tracking, PvP analytics, events, and Discord bot integration. Pro tier ($10/month) adds unlimited members, up to 3 guilds per community, economy tools, and guild league.

Yes. BDO has the deepest support of any game on CoGM. Full support includes gear tracking with OCR, siege role management, PvP analytics, node war coordination, and guild league system. CoGM also supports WoW Classic, Throne & Liberty, FFXIV, and more.

Free accounts: 1 Discord server. Pro accounts: 5 Discord servers. You can manage multiple Discord communities with one CoGM account on Pro.

Yes. During BDO setup, you can import your roster from GuildYapper or manually add members. CoGM also supports bulk CSV imports for other games.

No. The bot needs: Manage Roles, Manage Channels, Send Messages, Embed Links, Attach Files, Read Message History, Add Reactions, Use External Emojis, Manage Webhooks, Connect and Speak in Voice. It cannot delete messages or ban users.

Yes. Officers can use /upload target:@Member to upload gear on behalf of a member. Useful for mobile-only players or during guild events.

CoGM monitors voice channel presence during events. Members automatically marked as attended when they join your event voice channel. Officers can also manually check-in members or mark no-shows.

Events are one-off activities (raids, node wars, sieges) with signups and attendance tracking. Guild League is a competitive seasonal system with weekly scoring, rankings, and seasonal rewards. Guild League is a Pro feature.

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest on dedicated servers in Canada. CoGM never shares member data with third parties. We comply with GDPR and have a full privacy policy available on our website.

Go to Community Settings > Billing and click Cancel Subscription. Your Pro subscription ends immediately, and you revert to the free tier. No refunds for partial months.

Yes. CoGM's OCR system works for all 32 BDO classes. The extraction handles all gear window layouts and has an AI fallback for unclear screenshots.

Yes. CoGM supports 11 games: Black Desert Online, Where Winds Meet, Throne & Liberty, WoW Classic, FFXIV, Albion Online, Warframe, Pax Dei, BitCraft, Aion 2, and Scars of Honor. You can create separate guilds for each game within the same community.

Free tier is capped at 30 members per guild. You'll receive a warning when approaching the limit. You must upgrade to Pro, remove members, or create a new guild.

Yes. Each community is separate with its own settings, members, and billing. You can manage unlimited communities on any plan.

Go to Docs > Invite Bot for the OAuth link. Once the bot joins your server, use the web dashboard to complete setup.

CoGM is a cloud-hosted SaaS platform. Self-hosting is not available. All data is stored on our secure servers in Canada.

CoGM targets 99.5% uptime. We use redundant infrastructure and automatic failover. Any extended outages are posted on our status page.

Yes. Go to Guild Settings > Export Data to download all member, event, and gear data in CSV format.
