Yes. Every guild starts on Free: up to 30 members with uploads, the bot, events, signups, attendance, applications, Looking for Group and limited screenshot uploads. Pro is $10/mo per guild and holds up to 300 members with uploads per guild, then +200 for $5/month. It adds unlimited uploads, DKP, loot auctions, the Guild Bank and more. See Pricing.

Black Desert Online is live. Aion 2, WoW Forever and Monsters & Memories are open in beta. You can create guilds for all four today. See Games.

Yes. A community holds up to 10 guilds, and each guild plays one game. Members can belong to several guilds. When a community runs more than one game, each guild claims its own Discord channel for uploads, so the bot knows which game a screenshot is for.

Mostly no. Pro is $10 a month per guild and covers up to 300 members with uploads. A guild on its own Pro subscription can add 200 more slots for $5 a month. Other guilds in the community stay Free until you upgrade them. See the member limit.

Each guild can have one 14-day Pro trial. Start it from Settings > Billing; no card is needed. New WoW Forever and Monsters & Memories guilds get one that starts with their first /upload, once per game in each community. When a trial ends, the guild goes back to Free and keeps its data.

On Free, a guild holds 30 members with uploads. A member counts once they upload a character. Signing in and signing up in Discord never count, and archived or kicked members do not. When the guild is full, anyone uploading for the first time goes on a waitlist. See the member limit.

Each Free guild gets 30 uploads and 40 screenshot reads in any 7 days. The window rolls, so an upload frees up again 7 days later. Pro and trial guilds have no limit.

No. The invite asks for a set list of permissions: read and send messages, threads, roles and channels, moderation, voice, action logs and events. The full list, with what each is for, is on Invite the Bot.

Yes. Officers run /upload with the target option to upload for another member. Members can also fix their own class or stats with /update.

On an event's page you can track voice for the event, mark members present, or import them from the signups. In Discord, an officer in the voice channel runs /attendance and picks a template, and everyone in the channel is recorded. See Attendance.

WoW Forever and Monsters & Memories, on Pro. Black Desert Online and Aion 2 do not use DKP. Black Desert Online guilds can work out payout tiers from activity with Payouts (Pro) instead.

Open Settings > Billing and press Manage next to the guild. A cancelled guild keeps Pro until the end of the period you paid for, then goes back to Free.

Nothing is deleted. Pro features lock until you upgrade again. Members already on the roster can keep updating their own characters even if the guild is over the Free member limit.

Yes. Turn on recruitment with an application form, and players apply on your community page after logging in with Discord. Members of your server can also apply with /apply. Applications are free on every plan. See Get Your Members In.
