Tell your officers which days you are usually on, and which days you are definitely not.
Who can use it
- Games: all of them. Plans: Pro, checked per guild. On WoW Forever, raid nights are free on every plan; hours and days per activity need Pro.
- Any member of the guild. Replies are only visible to you, and nothing is saved until you press Save.
/availability
/availabilityNo options. Run in a guild's channel, it opens that guild. Otherwise it asks which guild, since each guild has its own week. If you already have a week there, it shows it first, with Still right to confirm it as it is and Edit my week to change it.
The steps
- Your days. Four lists: Definitely on, Usually on, Maybe and Definitely not. A day in no list is Not set. Quick fill sets Mon to Fri, your guild's nights, or copies your week from another guild.
- Your usual hours, for weekdays and weekends, and your time zone. The step shows the time on your device so you can check it.
- Different for some activities? Set other days for one activity, or mark the ones you never do. Most people skip this.
- Check and save. You can let only officers see your week.
On WoW Forever, the first step is your raid nights: Raid, Late, Early or Off, the same as the web editor. Raid teams skip you on Off nights. Raid nights are written only when you change them.
Reminder DMs
- When your week is older than 6 weeks, the bot asks whether it is still right. At most twice for the same week, 14 days apart.
- Officers can ask you to check your week, or to set one.
- A DM about a week you set has Still right and Change it, which runs the same steps in the DM. An ask to set one has Set my week. Each has a link to the web and a link to turn these DMs off, and also shows in your Inbox on the web.
You can set the same week on the dashboard, and officers see everyone's weeks there. See Absences.
